We’ve all been there. A smokey, dark dance floor, dancing with no one but yourself. Not out of necessity but out of choice. You put your boundaries up. You’re in your own world. You’re dancing alone in the physical sense, but there’s that one person, who no matter how hard you close your eyes, you can still see, smell and feel. You dance with equal parts sadness and relief, numbing your senses with drink after drink, as your worries fade away in to the night as you chant the mantra “I need you” time after time… Ritual Sound is very proud to present to you and yours their very next release - Oibur - “All Night, Alright!”.
Local sydney producer Oibur has crafted one for laaaaaaate at night, in the dark crevices of your mind, body and soul. Taking cues from classic house and throwing it in to the deep end. The track floats along the boundaries of space and time, feelings and thoughts, the physical and the spiritual. It’s one for the lovers. And there’s a lover in all of us.
Remixes comes courtesy of two other local up-and-comers. Flash Hubbard transforms the tune in to a an even darker, left-field bomb while Cameron Cooper brings it all back home with his rethink of the tune with driving synths and deep rolling drums.
